I went on a beet juice diet 2 years ago. About the third day, I was in the store, when a sudden burst of sick blood color diarreha exploded and ran down both legs. The only reason I fell was because it was so slimy, and there was so dang much of it, that I slipped in it and fell. The manager of the store thought someone had shot me.
Before I could tear away from the crowd that kept urging me to stay calm, stay still, remain lying down, an ambulance and six cops came screeching into the parking lot. I'm the only person that I know of that has ever been taken to the hospitial by ambulance because of pooping their pants from beet juice!

Don't worry about the colour of you pee, look at the toilet bowl after a bowel movement 24 hours after eating beetroot. You would think you had bowel cancer or piles.

Everyone knows that .. but try to drink this awful juice .. I dont mind in a salad ..but its sugary watch out if you have diabetes

Some cynical people do not realize that food can act like a drug. 70% of our alergies are through what we eat. Flowers can act like a drug. Digitalis comes from that beautiful purple plant called foxglove. People like"The Publisher" should accept the proved science instead of what their opinion is. Big difference.

I have tried beetroot juice a fews times but each time I had uncontrollable chronic diarrhea. My friend said that it was my body detoxing
